  • Position Summary:

    This position has responsibility for Bain’s CRM/ATS system (Avature) administration, maintenance, and end user support, with more specific focus on the mass upload and auditing of data, and customer support. This person will work closely with other members of the Avature support team as well as the global user base to meet the needs of the firm through Avature

    Responsibilities & Duties:

    • First point of contact for questions and data update requests from cross-functional global user base
    • Responsible for performing regular data audits. Coordinate independently with local offices on data cleanup as necessary across multiple areas of Avature, including Employment History tables, Expertise Taxonomy, data mapping from external sources.
    • Assist with mass uploads of data, working with multiple internal teams (Marketing, Finance, Legal, etc.) to understand implications and provide up to date information
    • Add / Update information in a proprietary data base; classify and categorize appropriately, per Bain and team defined standards
    • Perform complicated Excel based lookups and data analysis based on functional team needs
    • Other duties as assigned


    • Bachelor's degree with high academic achievement or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience is required
    • Minimum of one-year experience in a business environment preferred
    • Systems experience strongly preferred, ATS/CRM tools experience is a plus
    • Solid organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
    • Strong interpersonal, communication and project management skills
      • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
      • Strong written and oral communication skills
      • Strong process skills of follow up and follow through
    • Superior judgment when dealing with highly confidential information
    • Ability to flex schedule based on customer needs across geographies and time zones
    • Ability to work productively both independently and as an integral member of various teams.
    • Ability to interact with staff (at all levels) in a fast paced environment, under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient, with the highest levels of professionalism
    • Extensive knowledge of Excel
