Bain & Company is one of the top global management consulting firms. The Private Equity (PE) Practice is a global practice that helps private equity firms, sovereign wealth funds and other financial investors to realize value across the investment value chain―from investment strategy, deal generation and screening, through to due diligence and portfolio company value creation. Bain’s Private Equity practice is more than triple the size of the next largest consulting company serving PE firms. PE consulting at Bain has grown six-fold over the past 15 years and now represents about one-quarter of the firm’s global business.
