As a member of the Collaboration Technology Team, you will be responsible for the administration of current and future collaboration technologies such as Microsoft Teams, Trello, Miro and other similar platforms. In this role, you will assist in the back-end operational support by ensuring security, implementation and governance. In addition, the role will work with internal customers to provide day-to-day customer support. The ideal candidate will be an independent, self-starter, who is not afraid to try new things and able to find creative and innovative solutions for solving a problem.
