The Specialist, Digital Leads plays a critical role in Bain & Company’s commercial operations team.
The Specialist is responsible for responding to business inquiries and leads submitted through Bain.com. In this role, they are often Bain’s first point of contact with clients and prospects. They work collaboratively with teams and individuals throughout the firm to identify and nurture new business opportunities and inquiries. They utilize sales and market knowledge along with careful research to screen opportunities and proactively communicate, follow up, and track leads through with internal stakeholders. They ensure proper documentation of inbound requests and monitor trends that drive positive business outcomes. They will also help to bring innovation to Bain’s lead management processes and will have the opportunity to shape the future process as we integrate new pipeline management technology
The ideal candidate has a passion for marketing & and the role of digital outreach and communication. The candidate must communicate effectively at all levels of the organization and possess a natural intellectual curiosity about Bain’s business.
