Bain Nordic currently has approximately 500 employees, we are now looking for a maternity cover (12 months) for a HR Specialist to support in a variety of areas within HR.
We are looking for someone with previous experience from a fast paced, results orientated environment, to be part of our dynamic Stockholm Office team. Our corporate culture is high pace, fun & international with strong emphasis on quality and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities as a HR Specialist at Bain
As part of the HR-team you will support in a variety of areas within HR to ensure the delivery of high quality service to Bain Nordic’s functional and consulting professionals. The role involves coordinating processes and administration for all of Bain Nordic’s offices with focus on the Stockholm and Helsinki offices.
The overall objective of the role is to support the Nordic HR Team in organisation, execution and administration of HR and Professional Development activities for both functional and consulting professionals.
