Are you a (bachelor or equivalent) student or recent graduate looking for a unique opportunity to learn about how to attract top talent? Do you want to be part of an international, diverse and fun environment with a strong focus on quality and professionalism? Right now, we’re looking for a Recruiting Intern to join our dynamic Oslo office team. The internship will start in August with a flexible duration for the right candidate.


As our Recruiting Intern, you’ll help attract, nurture and recruit the next generation of talented consultants from the best academic institutions in the Nordics. You’ll support and assist our team of Recruiting Specialists in executing the end-to-end recruitment process. More specifically, you’ll:

  • Help manage the candidate pipeline and screening process
  • Coordinate interview days and recruitment events
  • Work closely with the Nordic and local recruiting team to implement best practices and help drive continuous improvements.

What do you bring to the table?

As a person, you’re a strong and service-minded team player with a can-do attitude and a good sense of humor. You have excellent communication skills in Norwegian/Swedish and English combined with a high level of professionalism and a great attention to detail.
