Bain & Company is one of the world’s leading strategy consultancies. We’re growing fast in the Nordics and our Market Reputation team is busier than ever. Therefore, we’re currently looking for a student assistant to help us boost the Bain brand across the Nordic region. So, if you are a skilled and energetic student with a flair for social media and great content, please read on.

You will join a high-caliber and closely-knit team of eight marketing professionals based in Copenhagen and Stockholm, and will assist in various tasks within social media, employer branding and events. Your primary tasks will be to:

  • Maintain and develop our social media channels, including new creative content formats
  • Track and analyze our digital performance, both organic and paid
  • Assist on employer branding activities and client events
  • Support the Market Reputation team with ad hoc tasks

You are preferably a third-year B.Sc. student or a first-year M.Sc. student – probably within marketing or communications. Most importantly, you are a digital native and have experience in social media advertisement and content production from a previous student job or volunteer work.

At Bain, you will spend a fair amount of time tracking and analyzing our performance across digital platforms according to our strategic goals, so you are familiar with Google Analytics and other social media tools. You have an eye for how to present stats and numbers making them appealing and easy to navigate. When it comes to content, you have a good sense of what performs well on channels like Instagram and Facebook. You are fluent in English, also in writing and would be able to support our copywriter on producing content.

You thrive in a coordinating role and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with many stakeholders. Furthermore, you have a structured yet flexible approach to your work. You welcome new and unforeseeable tasks with a go-getter’s attitude, and are always willing to help others. Your workload will be around ~20 hours a week, with flexibility to accommodate your school commitments.

If you are intrigued and believe you are the right candidate for the job, make sure to apply here with you CV & cover letter no later than June 30. As we are looking to onboard our new team member as soon as possible, we will conduct interviews on an ongoing basis.
