This position will be part of a team that manages Bain’s talent systems.  Responsibilities include administration of existing system modules, data maintenance, configuration, end user support and training, reporting, mass uploads, auditing, and security.  This person will work closely with other members of the team as well as the global user base to meet the talent system needs of the firm. 

Responsibilities & Duties: 

  • Collaborate with legal and recruiting teams to coordinate data privacy deletion requests across talent systems
  • Point of contact for questions and training requests from cross-functional global user base
  • Develop and manage reports and dashboards, including understanding and specifying end-user needs
  • Perform regular data audits and cleanup to provide insight into system usage and provide guidance on areas of improvement
  • Perform mass uploads of data, working with multiple internal teams to understand implications
  • Participate in the specification, implementation, and rollout of modules and enhancements
  • Participate in regular system upgrades including managing testing plans and highlighting risks
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree with high academic achievement or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience is required
  • Minimum of two years experience in a business environment preferred
  • System administration experience required, SaaS system experience strongly preferred
  • Reporting experience preferred
  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Solid organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and project management skills
    • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
    • Strong written and oral communication skills
    • Strong process skills of follow up and follow through
  • Superior judgment when dealing with highly confidential information
  • Ability to work productively both independently and as an integral member of various teams.
  • Ability to interact with staff (at all levels) in a fast paced environment, under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient, with the highest levels of professionalism
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
