This position is involved with the support and implementation of business systems with a strong focus on Talent Management. This person will work closely with functional teams to implement and enhance systems according to their business strategy. Responsibilities for this role include collaborating with the team to define business requirements, creating functional specifications, developing project plans, and maintaining continuously improving the system on a go forward basis.
1. Provide ongoing support and maintenance of Talent systems
2. Participate in the implementation and continuous improvement of talent systems
