The Role


The Specialist Workflow, Creative Services is a customer-centric, workflow coordination role that aligns incoming requests with capacity and capabilities, primarily across APAC region. Additionally, this role is a key member in facilitating an effective follow-the-sun operating model.


The Specialist, Workflow is a first point of contact in Creative Services for the customers and actively coordinates and ensures consistent quality of workflow requirements and standards in the workflow team. He / she will support Team Managers to develop the Creative Services teams by providing specific input and actionable feedback.


The role is based in our Global Business Services office in New Delhi.


  • Workflow Coordination (70%)
    • Ensuring that all incoming projects are correctly reflected in the system of entry
    • Assigning projects to team members based on their availability and expertise
    • Assessment of project scope, scale, and required resources
    • Maintaining a balanced utilization across the team
    • Provision of customer service, including effective communication with stakeholders regarding request details
    • Negotiation of deadlines, scheduling, and coordination of incoming projects
    • Alignment and coordination with other Creative Services Workflow teams in other regions
    • Mitigation of emerging conflicts and managing escalation
    • Navigating & leading any technical investigation when the system malfunctions
    • Support ongoing process improvement, both locally and globally
    • Understanding of the specialized graphics process, and working with designers as well as specialized teams
    • Understanding of specialized communication media (e.g., print, illustrations, video, digital) and how they can be leveraged
    • Support of simultaneous projects and tasks
  • Business Graphics Production (15%)
    • Stays connected to the teams and demonstrates knowledge of standards and tools by producing regularly slides in CORE and PLUS
    • Advises on layout and design
  • Helpdesk Support (10%)
    • Discussion of case projects with customers/case teams to understand their needs
    • Management of ad-hoc queries from the consulting and non-consulting staff
    • Redirecting issues with PowerPoint or specialized graphics to the respective addressee


  • University Degree in graphics design, project management, marketing, or related field
  • Working in a demanding environment, preferably a professional services or blue chip organization
  • 2-4 years relevant experience in an workflow management and hands-on graphic experience
  • Proven organizational and administrative skills
  • Exceptional time management
  • Knowledge of PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of Workfront management tool would a great asset
  • Understanding of Business Graphics
  • Strong negotiation and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Fluent English
