This role assists in the implementation and maintenance of Bain’s ATS system, Avature. Responsibilities include supporting current system and processes, tracking and detailing user requirements, technical configuration, development of reports, testing new and enhanced system features, and fixing technical bugs.

  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance of Avature
    o Manage existing system processes and continuous system maintenance
    o Provide technical assistance to a global user group
    o Handle production support issues through resolution
    o Collaborate with vendor as needed to develop create solutions to technical and reporting issues
    o Manage cyclical data auditing processes
    o Support integrations and/or collaborate with IT on necessary integrations
    o Maintain user security
    o Working with system engineers and developers to review and analyze requirements.
    o Developing appropriate test plans.
    o Executing and analyzing test results to assure that feature and system requirements are met from customer network perspective.
    o Taking ownership for issues and demonstrate leadership in resolving issues while collaborating with deeply technical, subject matter experts.
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of Avature
    o Actively participate as a member of cross functional operating team
    o Gather feedback from end users, management and customers
    o Draft system specifications and workflow process
    o Help with the technical configuration of new process and plans
    o Develop and execute test plans, identifying system dependencies and highlighting risks to current functionalities Develop new documentation and/or training materials
    o Prepare and conduct training sessions
    o Provide implementation and go live support
    o Good debugging, analytical and problem-solving skills.
    o Exposure and experience in test automation tools also a plus
  • Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards for end users
    o Monitor and tweak reports and dashboards as necessary
    o Create new reports and manage testing plan

  • Bachelor’s degree required with strong academic record
  • Degree in HRIS or IT preferred
  • 2 - 4 years of professional work experience with exposure to systems-related role
  • Demonstrated experience supporting technical system configuration and integrations
  • Technical configuration and reporting experience required
  • High performance and standards as demonstrated by academic or previous job experience
  • Avature experience is a strong preference
  • Preferred experience with SaaS implementation and/or agile development
  • Proven strong logic, analytical and technological skills
  • Ability to self-motivate, flex project role (depending on project needs and requirements) and proactively contribute to the team’s success
  • Demonstrated understanding of Talent Management, Recruiting and IT concepts
  • Ability to quickly grasp new requirements, technologies, tools and concepts
  • Excellent business systems knowledge, problemsolving skills and analytical capabilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for understanding and addressing needs
  • Ability to communicate and work will with individuals at all levels within the organization
  • Proven ability to problem solve and take initiative on multi-faceted projects/responsibilities
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail
  • Skilled in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook
