Position Summary:

 

This position works as an experienced member of the global Records Management team which is responsible for Bain’s compliance and information management at the end of the Case cycle.  This position is responsible for the ongoing tracking and auditing of case information and data, triggered by information manually obtained from a variety of systems, to ensure compliance requirements for Bain’s case wrap up process are being met.  These tasks will require using a variety of internal systems as well as using the information in these databases to track case end dates and case team members for use during the follow up process.   The primary role of this individual will be to ensure that Bain is meeting 100% compliance for information retention policies with zero defect.

Responsibilities and Duties:

 

  • Review existing and new cases created within the Finance system to track projected end dates.
  • Periodically compare existing information with system data to ensure that the information continues to be accurate and reliable.
  • Contact individual case team members to initiate the case wrap up process for assigned case teams and confirm proper process steps have been followed.
  • Track individual responses to inquiries and follow up with delinquent inquiries.
  • Escalate overdue requests as needed to ensure full compliance.
  • Prepare reports, analyze data and perform other tasks, as assigned.

Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in any field providing exposure to database or list management.
  • Recommended 1-2 years of experience working on database or list maintenance.
  • Strong English communications (verbal and written) and customer service skills to work with global customers.
  • Proven ability to work independently with attention to details and a high level of accuracy
  • Proven reliability, self-motivation and maturity.
  • Ability to work closely with teams in Boston or other parts of the world, which may require flexible hours at office or at home.
