Position Summary


The role is to manage corporate cards for employees on the global scale. Associate will be responsible for supporting employees with queries around corporate cards but also for reconciling travel accounts and providing reporting support for executives. Such person will focus on cooperation with internal employees as well as Amex.


Strong communication skills, Excel skills, fluent English and attention to details are essential for this position.




Main responsibilities of Associate, Corporate Card will be approving, cancelling and suspending Amex cards in the external Amex system. In addition, the associate will be responsible for following up on delinquent accounts and cancelling the cards if necessary. The role will require BTA (Business Travel Account), Uber/Lyft ride, and meals reconciliation.


  • Approving, cancelling, suspending corporate cards
  • Outstanding balance collection
  • Personal spend analysis
  • Amex BTA statement, TMC statement reconciliation
  • Uber/Lyft reconciliation
  • Detailed reporting required for analysis by execs

 Essential Functions

  • Corporate cards maintenance

  • Uber/Lyft statement reconciliation
  • Amex and T&E reporting analysis



  • Education - Graduate in relevant field (finance, eco, stats, preferred)
  • 1-3 years of experience in accounting, analytical or client service position
  • Strong communication skills
    Fluent English
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Accounting knowledge
  • Attention to details
