Bain & Company is one of the top management-consulting firms in the world. In 2004, the firm established its presence in the Indian market by opening the Bain Capability Center (BCC) in New Delhi. The BCC is now known as BCN (Bain Capability Network) with its nodes across various geographies. BCN plays a critical role in supporting Bain's case teams globally to help with analytics and research across all industries, for corporate cases, client development, private equity diligence or Bain intellectual property.


This position serves as a key secretarial and administrative support to the Leadership team and takes full responsibility for maintaining their demanding schedules. The incumbent will be involved in business activities and expected to have an excellent organizational skill, be proactive, and possess a professional demeanor. He/She should be equipped with experience to handle confidential information with utmost discretion. Throughout their career, MAs will continue to grow within the role, i.e., learn new tasks, improve on established ones, integrating “best practices” among their cohort and adapt their work styles to best support the changing needs of the organization. Activities will vary, depending on the Leadership’s work style and the existing workload. The duties described below make up a typical, but not necessarily an exhaustive list.


• Daily Assistance to leadership
• Administrative assistance to 5-6 leaders (Directors/Sr.Directors) on the daily basis
• Effectively manage and deliver multiple priorities across reporting line on variety of high-level administrative tasks (example schedule management, travel arrangement domestic / international, meetings, special events, expense processing etc.)
• Drafting Correspondence for leaders and creating agenda for multiple important leadership meetings
• Managing end to end logistics during global visitors visiting BCN office across the year
• Logistic support to multiple recruitment drives at office
• Vendor and Cost Management
• Office event management


• Graduate in any stream
• Min 5/6 years of work experience in EA/MA/Secretarial role
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Good command over MS Office; specifically, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
• Prior vendor management experience will be a plus
• Proficiency in collaboration and delegation of duties
• Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multitasking abilities
• Good interpersonal skills
